摘要
较为复杂的平面多杆机构位置描述常以难于求解的非线性超越方程为基础,其各杆的位置求解通常是个难点.而采用了基于矩阵求解的牛顿_拉夫森数值算法使平面多杆机构位置求解得以简化.给定各杆位置一个初始近似解,然后通过迭代的方法,最终使各杆位置的求解满足精度要求,从而获得各杆位置精确解.以平面六杆机构为例,以Matlab软件为工具简便快速的计算出机构各杆位置变化规律,证明其适用于复杂的平面多杆机构位置求解.
Displace analysis of complex multiple linkage mechanism is usually based on nonlinear transcendental equation. Displace analysis of every linkage is often dificult. Newton-Raphson numeric algorithm based on matrix is adopted to simplify linkage mechanism displace analysis. By setting initial approximation to every linkage succssive iteration is adopted to obtain the ,solution of mechanism displaces with satisfctory precision. The advantages of this method is illustrated by an example of six-bar linkage.
