摘要
目的:探讨预防性芪丹通脉片(QDTMT)对梗死心肌的左室功能保护作用。方法:SD大鼠分为对照组、模型组、QDTMT组。通过结扎冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)复制缺血模型,生理仪记录左室功能。结果:QDTMT能明显降低排血前时间,等容收缩时间,排血前时间/左室射血时间和等容收缩时间/左室射血时间。结论:芪丹通脉片对缺血大鼠左心室功能具有保护作用。
AIM： To observe protective effects of Qidan Tongmai tablet （QDTMT） on cardiac function after myocardial infarction. METHODS： SD mice were randomly divided into control group, model group and QDTMT group. Myocardial infarction model was constructed by ligation of coronary artery left anterior descending branch. The polygraphy QDTMT could decrease pre-ejection （P/L） , isovolumic contraction time （I/L）.CONCLUSION ： QDTMT ex was employed to record the left ventricular function. RESULTS： period （PEP）, pre-ejection period/left ventricular ejection time （ICT） and isovolumic contraction time/left ventricular ejection time erts beneficial effects on cardiac function after myocardial infarction.
