摘要
运用模糊数学的原理和方法,给出了防空导弹武器系统综合量化评估的评价因素指标体系;建立了模糊综合评判模型;提出了一致性检验近似成立时判断矩阵的调整方法;在评估过程中引入了映射值的概念并说明了其处理过程;实现了对防空导弹武器系统的定量评价;算例结果证明了模型的有效性.
It presents the evaluation index system and establishes a fuzzy comprehensive assessment model by means of the theory and methodology of fuzzy mathematics. Means to regulating the primary matrix according as consistent rules are bring forward. During the process of assessment, concept of mapping value and its usage are introduced. This method enables us to quantize and compare different weapon systems. The result of the example shows its effectiveness.
