摘要
利用在硫酸介质中亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化亚甲基蓝的褪色反应,建立了测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法,方法检出限为0.15ug/mL,线性范围0.1 ̄0.6ug/mL,本方法可用于水及蔬菜中痕量亚硝酸根的测定。
The catalytic effect of No2-on oxidation of methylene blue by potassium bromate was studied and a new method for determination of No2 -based on this was reported. The linear range for determination of No2 -is 0.1 ~ 0.6 ug/ml with detection limit of 0.15 ug/ml. The method was applied to determine nitrite in water and vegetables with satisfactory results.
