摘要
一、前题在活塞环行业内,单体铸造的,不分铁水流程长短和环的截面积大小,一律都在浇口对面加冒口。从理论上讲,冒口有三个作用:1.铁水的补缩;2.集渣集气;3.热平衡。但是实践的结果和设想的并不一致,前二个作用不存在。由于铁水浇注时比重大的铁水都流在比重小的渣子前面,所以把冒口在金相显微镜里观察,未发现有渣子。至于集气。
After over ten years' analysis to the production of piston rings cast in short tubes and the single casting with risers. The conception of the coefficient HT/D of the heat balance of the ring mold has been introduced. The key factor and practice on the single casting of piston rings without risers was discussed; It make it possible to cast piston rings by layer cast without risers, the ways of increasing output with good quality and reducing the rate of pouring runners and risers for many times could expected.
