简述了煤调湿(CMC)技术的基本原理,结合梅山当前配合煤水分偏高而导致炼焦工序能耗较高的实际情况和公司提质降耗的迫切需求,提出了该技术在本厂应用的设想,建议采用热媒油在多管回转干燥机内与煤进行热交换技术,制订了具体的工艺流程,并预测了对焦炭质量的积极影响和产生的良好经济效益和社会效益。
The fundamental principle of coal moisture control (CMC) technique is introduced. Facing the high moisture content in the blended coal and thus the high consumption of energy, the assumption of CMC is suggested. The technology of heat exchange between hot oil and coal in the tube rotatory drier is proposed. The specific process has been worked out and meanwhile its positive impact on coke quality and economic/social profit are predicted.
