摘要
基于大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS,针对某水电站厂房钢混凝土排架柱,建立了矩形钢管混凝土柱三维温度场有限元计算模型,研究矩形柱在外界温升和温降两种情况下的温度及应力变化规律,探讨钢管混凝土柱在火灾下的温度场分布特征,比较了两种不同边界条件对钢管混凝土柱温度应力的影响.分析结果表明,计算成果符合工程实际.
Based on ANSYS, a well known FEM software, a 3-D finite element calculation model for temperature field analysis in concrete filled rectangular steel tube column was built to simulate a steel-concrete bent column for the powerhouse of a hydropower station. With the present model, the regularities of temperature and stress variation in the rectangular column were analyzed under the conditions of temperature rise and temperature drop, the characteristics of temperature distribution in the concrete column in fire were discussed, and the effects of two different boundaries on the thermal stress in the concrete column were compared. Analysis shows that the calculated results accord with the reality of the project.
