摘要
介绍了管道漏磁在线检测仪整体结构,对关键硬件设计进行分析,叙述了漏磁场信号的预处理方法和缺陷漏磁场的补偿技术,对缺陷的长、宽、深外形参数量化进行了研究,编制管道缺陷分析软件实现了量化缺陷外形的整个过程,通过实验验证量化算法有效可行,提高了国内管道缺陷检测和量化的精度。
The pipeline magnetic flux leakage (MFL) detection equipment is stated and the core hardware design is analyzed. This paper described the preprocessing technology of the MFL signal and presented the methods of compensating defect MFL field. The length, width and depth of pipeline defect are studied quantitatively. The whole process of estimating and calculating the pipeline defects is implemented by programming the analysis software of pipeline defect MFL signal. The quantitative analysis are accurate and effective in laboratory.
