摘要
研究中药制剂中有机氯农药残留量的气相色谱测定方法。采用环己烷提取,去除杂质色素后,经OV-17:OV-210柱分离进入电子捕获检测器检测。本法灵敏度高,当六六六浓度在0.01~0.20μg/ml,DDT浓度0.1~2.0μg/ml内,线性相关,r=0.9997,精密度CV%<3.0%,(n=6)。方法最低检测限可达ng/ml(PPb级),平均回收率达95%以上,环己烷溶剂一次提取效率达90%以上。本法灵敏、快速,检出率高,回收率高。
This paper reports the determination of organic chlorine pesticide residue in Chinese traditional medicine by GC. The procedure is an extraction with cyclohexane, removal of pigment and followed by separation with a column OV-17:OV-210, ECD as a detector. There is a linear correlation in the range 0.01~0.20 μg/ml of hexachloro-cyclohexane (666), and 0.1~2.0μg/ml of dichlorodiphenyl trichloroethane(DDT)(r=0.9997),the coefficient of variation is less than 8%(n=6),the average recovery is more than 95%,the extraction efficiency with cyclohexane is more than 90%and the limit of detection is ng/ml(PPb level). The method is sensitive and fast, and detection is higher. This is a good method for the determination of organic chlorine pesticide residue in Chinese traditional medicine.
