摘要
高校办好图书馆的主要目标是建设文献资源,使其通过使用自动化这一手段达到服务教育、教学的目的,从而实现高校培养人才的科教兴国战略。
The core in fulfilling the target that a successful college comes partially from a successful library is the construction of documentary resources, which, when combined with automation, can serve education and teaching, thus strive for cultivating persons with ability and rejuvenating the nation by relying on science and education.
