摘要
介绍了利用PCC(ProgrammableComputerController)实现多电机同步传动智能控制的原理与设计。首先设定电机转速 ,然后通过模糊控制算法调节达到同步的目的。先进的通信技术和模糊控制的应用加快了信号的响应速度 ,提高了系统的控制精度和可靠性。实验结果表明 :该系统具有调节时间短、控制精度高。
This article discussed the design of Multi-motor synchronous drive intelligent control system via PCC (Programmable Computer Controller). First,the velocities of motors are set, then, the object of synchronous control is realized by regulations of fuzzy control algorithm. Application of advanced communication and fuzzy control increased transmission speed and improved control precision. The experimental results have demonstrated that the system posses the merits of short regulating time, high control precision and good synchronization.
