摘要
在市场经济条件下,一个地区的房地产状况及其金融支持情况是这个地区的经济运转指向标,本文试图通过对菏泽房地产市场及其金融支持情况的调查与思考,对菏泽今后的房地产市场的发展提出一些意见和建议并作为整个区域经济运转的借鉴。
Under the condition of market economy, real estate and its financial support usually directs economic growth in the area, The paper gives the suggestion on further development of real estate market and benefits economic development of the whole district through investigation and perspective on real estate market and financial support in Heze.
