摘要
目的观察外感高热风热证患者咽部微生境变化规律及中药治疗本证的微生态学作用机制。方法本研究分为两部分:(1)对30例健康人与30例外感高热风热证患者咽部的菌群、pH值及葡萄糖含量进行对比研究;(2)给患者以柴胡注射液雾化吸入治疗(治疗组),并与柴胡注射液肌肉注射治疗者(对照组)。结果(1)外感高热风热证患者与健康人比较,咽部pH值及葡萄糖含量均降低,奈瑟氏菌、肺炎链球菌、白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、消化链球菌、大消化球菌、梭杆菌检出率明显升高;(2)治疗组疗效优于对照组;其体温复常时间、4h后退热幅度、咽部微生境pH值与葡萄糖含量的恢复情况及菌群失调的改善方面均优于对照组。结论外感高热风热证患者咽部微生境菌群失调,pH值及葡萄糖含量降低;柴胡注射液雾化吸入治疗能明显改善症状,纠正菌群失调,促进咽部微生境pH值和葡萄糖含量的恢复,有利于咽部微生境的恢复。
Objective:To observe the change rule of exogenous high fever(Wind-Hot Card)patients's throat microhabitat change rule and microecology function mechanism on the Chinese native medicine treatment.Methods:The research divides into two parts:(1)Conducts the contrast research to 30 exampled healthy peolple and 30 examples patients throat bacteria colony,pH value and glucose content;(2)For patient by bupleurum chinesis inoculation fluid atomization inspiration treatment(treatment group),and the comparison group gives the bupleurum chinensis the inoculation fluid intramuscular injection treatment.Results:The patient and the healthy person compart:pH value and glucose content all reduces,pneumonia chain coccus,white rosary fungus,golden yellow staphylococcus,digestion chain coccus,big digestion cocus,shuttle bacillus picking out rate obviosyl elevates;(2)The treatment group curative effect surpasses the comparisos group:Its body temperature restores the normal time,4 hours retrocede the hot scope,pH value and glucose conternt restoration situation and bacteria colony is out of balance improvement aspect to surpass the comparison group.Conclustion:Exogenous high fever Wind Hot Card patients' throat microhabitat to be out of baluance,pH value and glucos contert reduces,bupleurum chinensis inoculation fluid atomzization inspiration treatment can obviously improve the symptom,correction bacteria colony is out of balance、 promotion pH value and glucosec ontent restoration,is advantageous to throat microhabitat restoration.
