摘要
利用透射电子显微镜对黄缘盒龟的横纹肌、心肌、脾脏和肺等组织器官的超微结构进 行了观察．结果显示,横纹肌具有明显的明带和暗带结构;心肌的特点是暗带较窄,肌原纤维排列 较疏松,其间有大量的线粒体;肺呈海绵状,上皮组织有两类细胞．即I型上皮细胞和Ⅱ型上皮细 胞;脾脏由白髓和红髓构成,脾窦由单层扁平细胞覆盖,细胞长杆状,脾内可见浆细胞、淋巴细胞和 巨噬细胞．提示黄缘盒龟的横纹肌、心肌、脾脏和肺等4种组织器官的超微结构与哺乳动物相似．
The ultrastmctures of the skeletal muscle, myocardia, spleen and lung of Cuora flavomarginata were studied under transmission electron microscope. The results showed that there is a distinct structure light band and dark band in skeletal muscle. The characteristic of myocardia is that the dark band is more narrow than that of skeletal muscle, the arrangement of myogenic fibers is loose and there are abundant mitochondria between myogenic fibers. The lung is spongin, there are two types of epithelia, namely type Ⅰ cell and type Ⅱ cell. The splenic parenchyma is composed of white and red pulps. The splenic sinus is covered by a monolayer flat cells and the cell is long pole shape. There are plasma cells, lymphocytes and macrophages in spleen. These results suggested that the ultrastmetures of the skeletal muscle, myoeardia, spleen and lung of Cuora fiavomarginata are similar to that of mammalia.
