摘要
采用均匀沉淀法可由废干电池回收制取氢氧化锌超细粉体,通过正交实验优化反应条件,得出在反应温度为60℃,反应时间为60 m in,尿素浓度为5%以及反应液的pH值为6.5的条件下所得氢氧化锌前驱体的平均粒径为4.87μm;前驱体在400℃,焙烧2 h后,可得平均粒径为8.67μm的氧化锌产品.
The superfine powder of zinc hydroxide can be made from waste cell by precipitation from homogeneous solution. Through the optimizing experiments to investigate the reaction factors, the optimum condition was determined as follows: reaction temperature was 60℃,time was 60 min, concentration of urea was 5%, pH was 6.5. Under the condition, an average diameter of zinc hydroxide was 4.87μm. Superfine powder of zinc oxide with an average diameter 8.67μm could be obtained baking at 400℃ for 2 h.
