摘要
水土保持监测体系由监测内容和指标体系、技术体系、管理系统、监测标准体系构成。阐述了全市山区坡地水土流失量监测、小流域水土流失及综合治理监测和水土流失过程及规律监测的技术路线和方法,并对连续3年的监测成果进行了分析。北京市近3年水土流失程度总体较轻,但是暴雨在局部地区产生了严重的水土流失;水土保持工程的蓄水、保土和减少污染物流失效益显著。
Beijing soil and water conservation monitoring system consists of the monitoring items and index, monitoring technology and management, and monitoring standards. The paper expounds the technologic methods to monitor soil and water loss on slope land, small watershed soil erosion and comprehensive control, and the process and pattern of soil and water loss in general. According to monitoring results, the soil and water loss is generally not serious in recent three years in Beijing; but the torrential rain has resulted in severe soil and water loss in some areas; and the benefits of soil and water conservation measures are obvious.
