摘要
采用误差修正技术,提高仪器检测精度,是精密工程中重要的技术之一。本文介绍一种用微机控制和误差修正补偿技术的精密丝杆导程动态检测仪,对这一技术的工作原理、系统结构、接口电路。误差分析与实验结果进行了研究。
It is important that the errors correction technique is adopted in the precision engineernig for high measuring accuracy. An instrument which is controled by computer to measure lead errors of ball screws is presented. The principle of the instrument and the system structure and the computer interface and the analysis of the instrument error are studied.
