摘要
目的总结亲属活体肾移植的手术配合要点。方法回顾性地总结了8例活体肾移植手术配合的临床资料。结果8例患者术程顺利,术中无出现并发症。结论做好术前环境、器械、用药的准备是活体肾移植手术顺利进行的关键;加强参加手术人员的管理,配合技能的培训是活体肾移植手术配合的重点。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience in live donor kidney transplantation. Methods Eight cases of live donor kidney transplantation were retrospectively summarized. Results Eight cases of operations were performed smoothly. There were no complications in all process. Conclusion Careful preparation preceding operation is the key point for kidney transplantation. Furthermore, the management of surgical members and assistants is essential for live donor kidney transplantation.
