摘要
通过对高校高水平运动队管理工作问题的研究,提出了当前高校高水平运动队管理工作需要解决的问题,为建立有中国特色的高校高水平竞技体系,提高高校运动队水平,为高校体育改革和发展提供理论依据。
Through an analysis of the administration of college sports teams of advanced level, the author raises some problems to be solved in the management so as to establish a high calibre system with Chinese characteristics, to improve their athletic competence, and to furnish some eveidence for the reform and development of college physical education.
