摘要
为实现铜铝管的优质焊接,需要研制相应的焊接设备.以系统的观点,采用功能分析法这一现代机械系统设计方法进行分析设计.通过对总功能的分解和功能元的组合,得到了铜铝管焊接系统的功能结构,进而得到其形态学矩阵.通过对形态学矩阵中各方案的分析评价,最终得到了最佳可行方案.实际研制出的铜铝管焊接设备,整体性能达到了国际先进水平.
To achieve high quality of Cu-Al pipe welding, a special welding equipment must be developed. In the view of system, the function analysis method, which is one of the modem mechanical system design methods, has been adopted to analyze and design the equipment. Through decomposing the general function and synthesizing all function cells, the function structure of the welding equipment has been established. Furthermore, the morphological matrix is obtained. After evaluating all schemes in the morphological matrix, the optimum scheme has been suggested. The Cu-Al pipe welding equipment, which is advanced all over the world, has been manufactured inexpensively.
