摘要
文章简析了大学生心理障碍的成因,通过理论依据、事实依据和调查依据三个方面,阐述高校图书馆开展阅读疗法的可行性,提出高校图书馆开展阅读疗法的具体实施办法。
The paper analyzed the reasons of students’ psychological block and expatiated the feasibilities about “reading psychotherapy” through three respects with investigating the basis , theoretical foundation and fact basis. Then the possibility and method about “psychotherapy reading” were put forward in academic library.
