摘要
蛋白酶抑制剂(PI)是广泛存在于生物体内一种重要生命物质,其主要作用包括:保护个体免受病原体或昆虫侵害;调控内生蛋白酶活性及保护储存蛋白等。该文从PI在HIV、肿瘤等疾病治疗、病虫害防治及在食品工业中应用几方面阐述PI当前研究进展,以供相关研究者参考。
Abstract: Proteinase inhibitor (PI) is an important substance related life activities, which is widely distributed in living organisms. The physiological role of these PI has not been established conclusively and is likely to consist of (1) protection from proteolytic enzymes of various pathogens and insects; (2) regulation of the activity of endogenous proteases; (3) contributing to the pool of storage proteins. In this paper, we summarized the application process in therapies of HIV, tumour etc., prevention of plant diseases and insect pests and food industry process.
