胶瘤中嵌入金属块对单搭接接头强度的影响 被引量:4

The effect of embedded metal bar in fillet on shear strength of single lap joints

摘要 研究了在胶瘤中嵌入三角形金属楔块对单搭接接头强度和应力分布的影响,结果表明,金属楔块能显著提高接头的强度。但随三角形锲块入射角度的增大,接头强度提高幅度逐渐降低。有限元数值分析的结果表明,三角形金属楔块使端部应力峰值和平均应力均大大降低,剥离应力降低明显。 The influence of embedded trilateral cross-section metal bar in the fillet on the strength and stress distribution of single lap joints was discussed. Results showed that the shear strength increases evidently when the metal bar embedded in fillet triangle. The shear strength of lap joints decreased as entrance angle of trilateral cross-section metal bar increased while the conclusion from finite element analysis pointed out that the metal bar decreases all the peak,mean stress and especial peel stress evidently.
