摘要
在中频电源领域,由于晶闸管的开关频率高,在关断过程中,产生很大的反向d/d,严重威胁器件的安全。由于国外生产的快速晶闸管性能高,能承受比较高的du/d、d/d;而国内du/d最高达500V/s、d/d达200A/s、:12s。所以,一般RC吸收回路在国产中频电源中的保护就显得有些欠缺。介绍了一种快速晶闸管换相缓冲技术的设计原理,及其在国产中频并联谐振逆变器的应用。实践证明,该技术可改善多个串联快速晶闸管的动态均压特性,能有效地保证国产快速晶闸管在中频电源中的稳定运行。
In medium frequency power supply field, thyristors may produce large inverse di/dt and threaten parts of an apparatus badly during the course ofthyristors' cut off, as the result of high switch's frequency. Due to the low performance of native fast thyristor, there are many deficiencies for common RC protection loop of native medium frequency power supply. This article introduce a kind technique of changing phase and cushion protection for fast thyristors, along with the application for native medium frequency syntony inverter ofparallal connection. Practice proved that it could improve characteristic of dynamic average voltage for multi-thyristors in series and ensure the native fast thyristors' stabilization which were applied in medium frequency power supply.
