摘要
以1-苯基溴化镁和环己酮为原料,利用格氏试剂催化反应得到1-苯基环己醇,之后醇脱水制备α-位取代的环己烯,最后将1-苯基环己烯用过氧化氢氧化、水解制得1-苯基-cis-1,2-环己二醇.通过元素分析、红外光谱与核磁共振谱等手段验证合成产品为目标产物.所得产品的熔点为94~95℃,反应总收率为34.4%.
Starting from phenyl magnesium bromide, namely Grignard reagent, and cyclohexanone, 1-phenyl cyclo- hexanol is prepared catalytically, then it is dehydrated to give a-substituted cyclohexene. Finally, 1-phenyl-c/s-1,2-cyclo- hexane-diol can be obtained by the oxidization of 1-arylclohexene with hydrogen peroxide and hydrolysis reaction. The objective compound is confirmed by means of elementary analysis, IR and HNMR. The melting point of the final product is 94-95℃, and the total yield is up to 34. 4%.
