摘要
利用消失模铸渗工艺对铸钢表面进行合金化,对铬铁加入量、粘结剂加入量、粒度、铸件模数等因素进行了试验研究,给出了合理的工艺方案。指出渗层与母材之间是良好的冶金结合,渗层硬度由外向内呈下降趋势。
Casting steel is alloyed by EPC using casting infiltration process. Some process factors ,such as added amount of Cr Fe and binder, grain size, module of specimen were studied. And the optimum ingredient was obtained. It is indicated that the infiltration lay is metallurgy combined with matrix and its hardness decreased from outside to inside.
