摘要
结合安龙的实际生产,通过在炼钢和连铸过程的各个阶段加入不同的示踪剂及其成分含量的变化情况,分析了连铸坯中的氧化物夹杂的来源和影响因素。就安龙的现状进行了设备技术改造,炼钢工艺改进。达到了减少氧化物夹杂,提高连铸坯质量的目的。
The source of inclusions and its affecting factors were analyzed by adding different trace elements during the process of steel-making and continuous casting. The .equipment and steel-making process of Anlong were improved. Oxide inclusions were decreased and the quality of continuous casting slab was improved.
