摘要
目的探讨四肢血管损伤的诊断与治疗疗效。方法对76例四肢血管损伤者采用动脉、静脉修补;动脉、静脉直接吻合;动脉、静脉缺损静脉移植的方法治疗。结果76例病人修复血管后,74例再通,1例因诊断治疗不及时肢体严重肿胀坏死而截肢,1例肱血管损伤吻合血管后肢体远端无动脉搏动。结论四肢血管损伤诊断治疗要及时,采用显微外科治疗可获得理想的疗效。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of vascular injury in limbs. Methods 76 cases of vascular injury in limbs were treated with arterial and venous repairs, direct anastomosis of arteries and veins and venous transplantation, Results 74 cases recovered, 1 case received amputation of tumefaction and 1 case got no distal arterial impules after branchial vascular anatomosis. Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment of vascular injury in limbs should be performed immediately and microtraumatic treatment can produce good curative effects.
