摘要 分析了体验式学习与传统学习的不同,提出了企业培训在采用体验式学习方式的过程中应该注意的问题,避免盲目地追赶时尚而使企业耗资巨大和流于形式。 The paper analyses the difference between experiential learning and traditional way of learning, points out the problems to which the enterprises should pay attention when adopting experiential learning in employee training program in order to avoid blind chase of fashion and waste of money.
