摘要
白领犯罪,是从犯罪主体分类的角度界定的犯罪类型。智能手段、职务依托和贪利目的构成了白领犯罪的“三位一体”。白领犯罪涵义丰富,特点鲜明,原因复杂,不易被发现和查处,造成的经济损失和社会损失往往较大;应准确地针对其特点,理性地采取多种措施予以应对防控;以智能型的手段对付智能型的白领犯罪是刻不容缓的重大选择。
The white - collar crirne is a criminal type defined in terms of the classification of criminal subject.
