马钢大圆坯连铸结晶器内钢水流动与凝固过程的数学模拟 被引量:1

摘要 建立了大圆坯连铸过程中结晶器内钢水流动、传热及凝固过程的数学模型,对马钢车轮轮箍钢连铸过程中钢水宏观凝固过程进行数值模拟分析,数值模拟的结果与射钉试验和铸坯表面温度测定的结果很相近,说明该模型具有很高的可靠性与准确性,对连铸工艺有很大的指导作用。 Fluid flow,heat transfer and solidification process of molten steel are very important to quality in the continuous casting of steel. With the high cost of empirical investigation and the increasing power of computer hardware and software,mathematical modeling is becoming an important tool to understand fluid flow phenomena. A mathematical model of fluid flow, heat transfer and solidification of molten steel was established. Numerical analysis on the macro-solidification process of C160 steel round billet in Magang was carried out. The numerical predicted results were good agree with the surface temperatures of round billet by direct measurement and break-out shell thickness in the mold, which shows that the mathematical model has highly reliability and accuracy.
