摘要
介绍了以CPLD可编程逻辑器件为核心的温度控制系统。温度通过热电偶进行检测,检测信号放大后再进行A/D转换以得到实际温度的数字量。根据实际检测温度利用P ID控制算法调整双向可控硅的导通时间来改变加热丝的功率,从而实现温度的调控。该系统利用CPLD实现A/D转换控制以及P ID控制算法。系统的硬件结构简单,运行稳定可靠。
The paper introduced a temperature control system based on CPLD, The temperature measured by thermocouple. When being amplified, the measured temperature converted digital signal. With the measured temperature, PID controller adjusted the through time of SCR to change the heater power to control the temperature. In the system,A/D converter control and PID control algorithm are implemented on the CPLD. The system is simple and runs steadily and reliably.
