摘要
以香菇为主要原料,利用浸提法提取汁液研制色香味俱佳的澄清保健饮料,实验结果表明:干制后的香菇在80℃下浸提48min,所得汁液的澄清度和稳定性最好。在香菇汁中加入0.15%的CMC,稳定性效果较好。
A clear health drink with pleasant appearance, smell and taste was developed by extracting Lelltinus Edodes. The results of the experiment showed that the optimum clarity and stability of the extract could be obtained by extracting dried Lelltinus Edodes at 80 ℃ for 48 min and adding 0.15% CMC to it.
