生活垃圾焚烧飞灰预处理与稳定化研究 被引量:21

摘要 系统地研究了常州市和上海市生活垃圾焚烧厂飞灰的处理方法。结果表明,水泥固化和沥青固化均可得到较好的稳定效果,且沥青的固化效果略好于水泥;Na2S是良好的稳定化剂。采用水、酸和碱溶液浸取飞灰中的金属,发现各种酸对于金属的浸出效率都很高,但其中硫酸浸出的缺点是不能将Pb浸出,必须在硫酸浸出后增加其它的酸或者碱浸出。 Both fly ash treatment methods of Changzhou and Shanghai incineration plants were systematically researched. The result showed that cement and asphalt solidifications can get quite good stable effect, and the effect of asphalt stabilization is a little better than that of cement stabilization; Na2S is good stabilization agents. It was found that various acids have very high leaching effectiveness for metal while leaching salt from fly ash using water, acid and alkali solution, but the shortage using sulphuric acid is that Pb could not be leached out, the other acid or alkali should be used after using sulphuric acid leaching mothed.
