摘要
本文探讨了食用菌和霉菌对药剂的敏感性,筛进出了有效的药剂及其使用浓度,使之能抑制来菌的生长,而对食用菌菌丝无不良影响。
This paper reports the sensitivity of edible fungi and moulds for antimicro-bial agents.The effective antimicrobial agents and their concentration were found.Theycould check the growth of these moulds, but hadn't adverse effects for these edible fungi.
