摘要
利用纳米技术,通过正交试验设计研究,配制出了抗压强度为100Mpa的高强水泥基路面复合材料,并给出了优选配比。强度试验的极差分析结果表明纳米SiO2的掺加有利于提高水泥基路面复合材料的强度。同时,材料的变形性能、抗冲磨等性能优异,适合做路面材料。
In this paper the Namo SiO2 cement-based roadway composites are investigated by means of Namo techniques with ordinary materials and normal mixing methods. The orthogonal test design is applied to yield a 100 MPa high strength cement-based material. The optimized mix proportions are also presented. The results of this investigation show that the water/binder ratio used is the most significant factor to control the strength of this material, while Namo SiO2 mixed also effectively improve the strength of the material.
