本文探讨了图书馆员隐性知识在图书馆中的重要性,分析了图书馆员隐性知识的结构,提出了报酬激励、组织文化、知识共享机制、以知识为根基的组织结构和科学的创新激励机制等图书馆员隐性知识挖掘策略,以充分挖掘图书馆员的隐性知识。
