摘要
《芬兰刑法典》所体现出的宽容人道的谦抑思想和成熟完善的立法技术,以及注重与国际条约接轨和严厉惩治贪污腐败的精神,堪称现代化刑法的楷模,在我国刑法的创制和运作过程中,有必要借鉴、吸收芬兰的刑事立法成果。
“The Penal Code Of Finland”reflects humane idea and perfect technology of legislation, and the spirit of attaching importance to the connection with the international treaty and rigorously punishing corruption . So this code is taken for the model of modern criminal law. In the course of creating and operating Chinese criminal law, it is necessary to learn and absorb the fruit of criminal legislation.
