摘要
就业和再就业问题已经成为一个带有全局性影响的重大经济和社会问题。要按照《中共中央关于完善社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》的要求,把扩大就业放在经济社会发展更加突出的位置,实施积极的就业政策,努力改善创业和就业环境,大力促进就业和再就业。
The problem of employment and re-employment is already become an important economic and social problem with overall influence. According to the decision of the Central committee of the communist Party of China, We should put enlarging employment on a much more important and outstanding position in economic society. We must carry out active employment and vigorously promote employment and re-employment.
