摘要
在PDA平板上比较了来自我国不同地区的24个盾壳霉菌株和1个加拿大盾壳霉菌株的培养特性,并在核盘菌菌核上接种盾壳霉孢子,测定其寄生致腐菌核的能力。结果表明:在20℃下供试菌株平均生长速度是3.0mm/d,根据菌落的基质菌丝色素、气生菌丝和产孢量等特性可把25个菌株分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ3种菌落类型,各占80%、12%和8%;25个菌株寄生致腐菌核能力存在显著差异,并可将它们分成强、中和弱3组,各占40%、48%和12%。
Twenty-four Coniothyrium minitans Campbell isolates from different regions in China and one from Canada were compared on their hypal growth rates and colony characteristics on Petri dishes and their abilities to parasitize the sclerotia of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.) de Bary.The results showed that:At 20℃, the average hypal growth rate is 3.0mm/d with a range from 2.7 to 3.5mm/d for the isolates tested.Three colony types, namely TypeⅠ(80%) ,TypeⅡ(12%)and Type Ⅲ(8%) ,were distinguished according to the substrate hypal pigment production, aerial mycelia, the production and distribution of pycnidia.There was a clear difference in the abilities of the twenty-five isolates to parasitize the sclerotia of S.sclerotiorum, and on this basis three groups(strong,mild and weak)were detected.
