摘要
测定了不同规格红螯螯虾在17℃和26℃条件下的耗氧率以及17℃、20℃、22℃、24℃、26℃的窒息点。结果表明:在相同温度条件下,单位体重的耗氧率和窒息点随体重增加而下降;在大小相近的个体中,单位体重的耗氧率和窒息点随温度的升高而增加。17℃时,体重0.11~2.34g的个体,耗氧率0.090~0.198mg/(g·h);26℃时,体重0.030~48.900g的个体,耗氧率0.081~0.883mg/(g·h);体重0.031~2.3408的红螯螯虾窒息点的范围在0.152~0.663mg/L之间。同时,红螯螯虾夜间的耗氧率高于白天。
This paper deals with the oxygen consumption rate and the asphyxiant point for Cherax quadricarinatus.Experiments were carried out undr 17℃,20℃,22℃,24℃ and 26℃,separately.The Winkler's way was used to determine the content of oxygen.The results showed as follows. Under the same water temperature, the oxygen consumption rate and the asphyxiant point decreased as the body weight of the crayfish increased.As for crayfishes of similar size the above two items increased as water temperature rose. At 17℃,body weight ranged 0.11~2.34 g, and the oxygen consumption rate ral1ged 0.090~0.198mg/(g·h);at 26℃, the former ranged 0.030~48.900 g,and the latter ranged 0.081~0.883 mg/(g·h).When the body weight ranged 0.031~2.340 g,the asphyxiant point ranged 0.152~0.663 mg/L. And in addition,the oxygen consumption rate at night was higher than that in the day time.
