摘要
通过对生命哲学“体验—表达—理解”的方法论解读,透析了体育是一种生命情感体验、非理性的文明表达、生命能量的释放和生活习惯等基本观点,并以此对当前体育课程观进行了生命哲学的理解与规定,以期拓展体育课程改革的理论视野。
By explaining the methodology of the life philosophy "experience-expression-understanding", the paper demonstrates that physical education is an experience of life feeling, a civilized expression of irrationality, a relief of life energy, and a life habit. Based on this ,the paper understands and stipulates the present physical education course viewpoint in life philosophy, with an attempt to provide a new theoretical vision for deepening physical education course reform.
