摘要
尽管我国现行人民陪审员制度的运行机制还无法令人满意,但毫无疑问,人民陪审员制度作为追求和实现“公正与效率”这一时代主题的重要诉讼制度,应予保留。随着司法改革的深化和法治化的推进,人民陪审员制度的完善已刻不容缓。
People＇s jury system, which is an important procedure system of our country, bears the main spirit of judicial system, embodies values of democracy, justice and publicity. On this base, this essay continues to probe the main content of this system into the perspective of pattern selection and institutional design. Finally, discusses how to perfect and improve this system.
