锌诱导金属硫蛋白体内合成的实验研究 被引量:17

摘要 对孕兔皮下注射氯化锌溶液,探讨了不同浓度的氯化锌对孕兔肝脏和胚胎金属硫蛋白(MT)合成的影响。实验结果表明,低剂量的氯化锌2mg/d(每公斤体重),能诱导兔肝内金属硫蛋白的合成增多,当每天给孕兔注射氯化锌20mg/d(每公斤体重)时,兔肝脏金属硫蛋白的合成可高出对照组8.3倍,胚胎内金属硫蛋白水平也有明显的升高,提示母体锌水平不但影响自身肝脏金属硫蛋白的合成,而且可影响胚胎金属硫蛋白的水平。 The effects of injected with different does Znel2 in rabbit on MT content in liver and cmbryo was strudied ,Zinc and metal-lothionein content in maternal liver and embryo were determined by automatic absorption spectriphotometer(AAS).metalloth-ionein(MT)content was analyzed by sephadex G 75 column method The results showed that MT content could be increased to the maternal liver by injected Zncl2 in the pregnant rabbit(2mg/day/kg body weight)and there was significant increase s significant inctease(8.3times more than control group)in the liver and embryo which had been injected with Zncl2(20mg/day/kg body weight).It wassuggested that MT content in the lever and embryo could be induced by maternal zinc level.
