真空采血管采血时血液逆流导致院内感染风险的研究与对策 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨运用真空采血管和一次性静脉采血针采血时产生血液逆流的风险及对策。方法:通过测定肘前静脉采血时止血带松弛前后静脉压差验证逆流压的存在;通过细菌培养检测真空采血管、一次性静脉采血针等物品细菌污染情况。结果:肘前静脉采血时,止血带松弛前后存在逆流压差,即逆流存在。散在的采血管塞子外表存在细菌污染。结论:运用真空采血管和一次性静脉采血针肘前静脉采血时先松开止血带后拔静脉穿刺针、最后拔掉真空管存在血液逆流并导致院内感染的风险存在。采血过程中,应注意无菌操作,采血结束时,应先拔掉真空采血管,后松止血带拔针。 Objective: To investigate risks of blood back flow during blood collection operated with vacuum tubes and single use syringes and possible solutions.Methods: The existence of back flow pressure was examined by the measure vessel pressures before and after the haemostatic strap was unfastened during blood collection in cubitus vessel.The possibility of bacteria contamination in vacuum tubes and single use syringes was determined by bacteria culture.Results: During blood collection in cubitus vessel,there was difference between the pressures before and after the haemostatic strap was unfastened,that is to say,the blood back flow existed.The bacterial contamination was found in the outside surfaces of individual collection tubes' plugs.Conclusions: During blood collection in cubitus vessel performed with vacuum tubes and single use syringes,blood back flow and hospital infection caused by it would happen when the vessel syringe was drawn out before the haemostatic strap was unfastened and the vacuum tube was then pulled out,so sterile operation should be carried out during blood collection.The vacuum tube should be pulled out before the haemostatic strap is unfastened and the vessel syringe drawn out.
