摘要
马克思主义产权理论与西方经济学的产权理论有着原则的区别,在指导思想上是唯物史观和唯心史观两种思想体系的区别,本文结合国有企业股份制改革,对这两种思想体系的产权理论做了初步的比较梳理,着重阐述马克思主义产权理论的基本要点。
Marxist property rights theory and western property rights theory are fundamentally different in their ideological systems, one is historical materialism and the other is historical idealism. Combining with the state-owned enterprise stock system reform, this paper compares these two property rights theories with emphasis on the basic points of Maxisim property right theory.
