摘要
目的探讨明胶海绵栓塞猴颈内动脉复制急性脑梗塞模型的可行性.方法选用成年猴6只,经股动脉穿刺插管,明胶海绵栓塞颈内动脉,然后行数字减影血管造影(DSA)显示血管闭塞情况,栓后3、4、6、8、12、24hCT平扫,观察脑梗塞CT表现.结果 6只猴栓塞后DSA显示颈内动闭塞,大脑前、中动脉未显影.缺血后6~8hCT平扫可见栓塞侧大脑半球片状低密度死区.结论用明胶海绵栓塞颈内动脉制作脑梗塞模型可行.
Objective To explore the possibility of acute cerebral infarction model establishment by gelfoam embolizafion for internal carotid artery ( ICA). Methods 6 monkeys were selected for ICA gelfoam embolization with the femoral artery punctured and catheterlzed; DSA examination was given after the establishment of the models and CT scanning was performed 3,4,6,8,12,24 hours respectively after the embolizafion on the experimental monkeys. Results Anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery and trunk of ICA were obliterated after embolization; CT scanning showed patchy low density areas 6 to 8 hours after the embolization. Conclusions Establishment of cerebral infarction model by gelfoam embolization is practical.
