摘要
目的:探讨口服营养添加治疗对脑卒中患者预后的影响。方法:132例伴有营养不良的脑卒中患者随机被分为普通医院饮食组和营养添加治疗组(普通医院饮食+口服营养添加剂),观察脑卒中患者发病后住院期间并发症的发生率和3个月的神经功能及死亡率。结果:普通医院饮食组患者住院期间并发症的发生率为肺部感染22.2%,其他感染19.4%,消化道出血18.0%,3个月的神经功能(改良的Rankin量表评分,MRS)为2.29±1.20;营养添加治疗组肺部感染8.3%,其他感染6.7%,消化道出血5.0%,3个月MRS评分为1.64±1.23,两组差异显著(P< 0.05)。结论:口服营养添加治疗有助于改善伴有营养不良的脑卒中患者的预后。
Objective: To determine the effect of early oral nutritional supplementation for stroke patients' prognosis. Methods: A total of 132 undernutritional stroke patients were randomly assigned to two groups: normal hospital diet group (group A) and normal hospital diet plus nutritional supplements (Liquanping nutrional liquid) group (group B). The observational index were complications during hospitalization and neural function grade (moditied Rankin scale, MRS) or death 3 months after treatment. Results: The pulmonary infection, alimentary tract hemorrhage incidences and MRS grade 3 months after treatment were 22.2%, 18.0%, 2.29±1.20 respectivly in group B, and significantly lower than those of group A (8.3%, 5.0%, 1.64±1.23), P〈0. 05. Conclusion: Nutritional supplements can decrease early complications and promote the neural function rehabilitation in undernutritional stroke patients.
