摘要
用设立项目管理公司的方法来实施对工程项目的管理,具有许多传统项目管理方法无法比拟的优点,如更有利于经验的积累,有利于资源的优化配置。然而,经营好一个项目管理公司,需要具备许多条件,有软件、硬件的要求,同时还应有与项目管理公司相配套的组织环境。
This paper introduced the superiorities of implementing engineering projects managment with the method of establishing project management companies, such as being favorable to experience accumulation and optimum distribution of resources, which are incomparable by many traditional project management methods. However, many conditions are indispensable for operating a project management company, besides the demand of software and hardware, the organization environment gearing with the company is also necessary.
