摘要
目的为了解天津口岸出入境人员 HIV 感染状况及趋势,研究制定切实有效的防控措施。方法对天津口岸自1999年至2004年3月从出入境人员体检中共检出的13例 HIV 感染者,从职业、性别、国籍、年龄、传播途径等方面进行统计分析。结果在 HIV 感染者中,1999年检出1例、2000年在来华留学生中检出1例、2001年在来华留学生中检出4例、2002年在来华留学生中检出2例、2003年检出4例、2004年3月检出1例。感染者主要是非洲来华学习进修留学生、船员和劳务人员。以性传播为主,也有输血感染的病例。结论天津口岸出入境人员 HIV 感染率呈上升趋势,因此,加大天津口岸 HIV 监测与防控力度是十分必要的。
OBJECTIVE In order to comprehend entry- exit people＇ s HIV infective condition and developmental tendency at Tianjin pert, and for drafting effective preventative measure METHODS The author of this article analyzed 13 cases of HIV infective people who are checked out from entry - exit people＇ s health physical examination at Tianjin pert from 1999 to March 2003. The author used statistic methods to analyze the infective people＇s occupation, sexual distinction, nationality, age, spreading channel and so on, among HIV infective people. RESULTS They are one case in 1999, one case in 2000 from student abroad, four cases in 2001 from student abroad, two cases in 2002, four cases in 2003 and one case in March 2004. HIV infective people are major from African student abroad, seaman and labor service people. Sexual transmission is main spreading route and also have the cases of transfusing blood infection. CONCLUSION The rate of entry - exit people＇ s HIV infection is increasing at Tianjin pert. Hence it is necessary to strengthen HIV monitor and preventative force.
